Son 5 yıldır mavi yolculuk yapmaktayız. Ancak herbirinde ayrı problemlerler yaşadık. Kiminde yemekler kötü idi, kiminde mürettebat laubali
idi, bir diğer gezide ise acenta ile problem yaşadık. Ancak ilk defa tam manasıyla dört dörtlük , problemsiz bir tekne gezisi yaptık. Her
şey mükemmeldi. Açıkçası sizinle yazışmaya başladıktan sonra ve tekneyi kiralamaya karar vermeden önce firmanız hakkında araştırma bile yaptım.
Gerçekten turizm bakanlığından belgeli olup olmadığınızı, bir ofisinizin olup olmadığını, gerçek bir firma mı yoksa sadece internet firması olup
olmadığınızı , kısacası herşeyi araştırdım (kusura bakmayın :(( sütten ağzım yandığından yoğurdu üfleyerek yedim). firmanıdan emin olunca
rezervasyonu yaptım. Çokta iyi yapmışım. Gezi sonrası gruptaki herkes beni sizin gibi bir firmayı bulduğum için tebrik etti. Tekrar tekrar
teşekkürler. Sizi tüm tanıdıklarıma önereceğim.

All of the members of my group had a very good experience with the gulet holiday and we achieved the main targets we were following:
- Time for relax
- Cristal waters
- To see beautiful places
We think that the support of the Alcatraz crew was key for achieving our targets: The captain selected everyday wonderful places as steps
of our trip; the sailor helped us at any moment; and the cook provided very good meals.
Talking on behalf of all my friends, we will contact you again if we would rent a gulet for the next year.

De retour d'une croisière sur la côte méditerranéenne de la Turquie, je tiens à vous exprimer ma plus grande satisfaction sur le déroulement
de cette croisière.
Notre groupe de 9 personnes a embarqué fin juillet sur le KAMILAGA pour 15 jours. Notre itinéraire nous a fait aller de Marmaris jusqu'à Demre,
avant de rentrer sur Bodrum.
Le bateau correspondait exactement à notre attente, avec des cabines spacieuses et confortables. La table de déjeuner était fort bien installée
sur l'arrière du pont, et les couchettes sur le pont ont été très agréables.
Mais ce qui a rendu la croisière idyllique, c'est bien sûr l'équipage : tant le capitaine Sinan, secondé temporairement par son frère Yusuf - que le cuisinier Hasan,
et le mousse Can, ont été d'une gentillesse, d'une prévenance et d'un professionnalisme rares.
C'était parfait. Je vous prie de vouloir leur transmettre nos remerciements et félicitations.
Que cette lettre puisse vous servir de référence pour la suite de vos opérations avec cette goélette et son équipage.
