General Conditions

Prices
Prices change depends on the month. Please ask for the prices by e-mail (charter@gps-yachting.com) or phone (+90 252 313 9416) or fax (+90 252 316 4600).

Rental Period :
Gulets can be rented from saturday to saturday, weekly basis. Embarkation time is as from 15 pm, disembarkation time is until 10 am. Depending on the availability, gulets may be rented less than a week and embarkation/disembarkation days may be changed. Please ask for it.

Food
Upon request, we can supply full board or half board meals at extra cost or the charterers may buy the provisioning by themselves. All meals are cooked on board by the cook unless guests wish to eat out at any time. Meals are based on fresh vegetables, fresh fish, meat (veal or lamb), chicken, fresh fruits, cheese, eggs and yoghurt. Cuisine is mainly based on Turkish Mediterranean home cooking. Vegeterian dishes can also be cooked upon request.

Drinks
Drinks are not included in the price of the yacht. All the drinks requested by the charterer are purchased by us at cost and put on board. Crew does the service.

Airport Transfers
Transfer fees are not included in the price of charter. Upon request, We can arrange your transfers to/from airport from/to yacht with well-maintanenced, air-conditioned cars. The cost of transfers change depends on group size and distance.

Insurance
All gulets are fully insured. We advise you to take out your own personal travel & cancellation insurance.

How to Book
In order to make a reservation, a charter agrement should be signed by both parties and 50 % of the total charter amount should be paid. The balance is to be paid on embarkation day in cash.

Flight Tickets
We do not arrange flight tickets. There are many flight companies operate regular and charter flights to Turkey. Besides, Turkey\'s official airline company "Turkish Airlines" operates flights to/from many different countries from/to Turkey and also inbound all year around.

Crew
There are between 2 and 6 crew on board, depends on the size of gulet. All of our crew are qualified and experienced. They provide a full service including cooking and all domestic chores. They run the yacht with quiet effeciency and will not intrude on your privacy. They are bilingual. Most of them speak English.
